Section 1 in The Bihar State Bar Council Advocates' (Welfare) Pension Scheme, 2008
1. Object of the Scheme.
- To provide the pension and other welfare benefits to the deserving Advocates and their needy family members in the State of Bihar on their retirement or death or permanent disability etc. in order to ensure the maximum financial assistance as their security and future protection during crisis.
