Section 3 in Karnataka Urban Water Supply and Drainage Board Act, 1973
3. Creation and incorporation of the Board.
- The duty of carrying out the provisions of this Act shall, subject to the restrictions, conditions and limitations therein contained be vested in a Board to be called the [Karnataka] [Substituted by Act 7 of 1976 w.e.f. 4.3.1976.] Urban Water Supply and Drainage Board and such Board shall be a body corporate and have perpetual succession and a common seal and shall by the said name sue and be sued.
