Section 1 in The Building And Other Construction Workers 'welfare Cess Act, 1996
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
- This Act may be called The Building and Other Construction Workers 'Welfare Cess Act, 1996.(2)It extends to the whole of India.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 3rd day of November, 1995.
