Section 2(2) in The Navy (Pay And Allowances) Regulations, 1966
(2)Officers of the Army Medical Corps or Army Dental Corps seconded to the Indian Navy shall, with respect to their pay and allowances be governed by the rules for the time being prescribed for the Army Medical Corps or, as the case may be for the Army Dental Corps, read with the rules given in Appendix 1.
