The Applicant vide these Applications is seeking permission to travel abroad. The Applicant was granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 6th February, 2017. While granting bail, the Applicant was restrained from going abroad without prior permission of the Court. It is submitted that subsequently vide order dated 13th April, 2018, the Applicant was permitted to travel abroad by this Court.
2 Learned APP submitted that the charge-sheet has been fled against the Applicant and the proceedings are pending before the trial Court. 3 Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the
Applicant intends to go to Bangkok and Pattaya, Thailand, from 9th December, 2019 to 14th December, 2019.
4 In view of the aforesaid circumstances and on account of fling of charge-sheet, the Applicant is permitted to prefer an Application before the trial Court, where the proceedings are pending. The trial Court shall entertain such an Application preferred by the Applicant. Since the Applicant intends to travel from 9th December, 2019 to 14th December, 2019, the Applications be decided expeditiously. Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that he would prefer the Application before the trial Court on 2nd December, 2019. In the event, such Application preferred, the same may be decided within three days. All Interim Applications stand disposed of accordingly.
