Section 3(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Town and Country Planning Act, 1974
(1)The Government shall, by notification, appoint Chief Town Planner (Administration), Chief Town Planner (Land Use) and Chief Town Planner (Planning), all possessing qualifications in Town and Country Planning as prescribed, for the purposes of this Act.
