14. Power to issue directions :
- The Government may from time to time, issue such orders, instructions, directions etc., not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, and the rules made thereunder, as may appear to them to be necessary for proper administration of the provisions of the Act which shall be complied with by such officers and other persons employed or connected with the implementation of the Act.
