Section 203(9) in Siliguri Municipal Corporation Act, 1990
(9)Notwithstanding anything contained in this Chapter, the State Government may appoint for Siliguri any other Municipal Building Tribunal under any other law in force for the time being and such Tribunal shall exercise the powers of the Tribunal under this Chapter.
