Section 9(3) in The Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016
(3)manufacture and use of [multi-layered plastic which is non-recyclable or non-energy recoverable or with no alternate use] [Substituted 'non-recyclable multilayered plastic if any' by Notification No. G.S.R. 285(E), dated 27.3.2018 (w.e.f. 18.3.2016).] should be phased out in Two years time.
