24. Deposit with the Tribunal of pay and allowance of teachers and other persons employed in certain cases.
- The deposit referred to under sub-section (1) of section 40 shall be made with the Tribunal at the time of appeal or before the transfer of appeal under Section 22, as the case may be. The deposit shall be made in cash.
