(u)"Sponsoring Body" means the Maharana Pratap Education Centre, Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh) is a Society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (Central Act No. 21 of 1860) in the office of the Registrar, Societies, Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh) vide Registration No. 270/1995-96 dated 18.7.1995;
