Section 1 in Roster of Appointment Issued by the Government

In the Government Order second cited, the Government issued orders revising the 100 point roster prescribed in the Schedule III to the General Rules for the Tamil Nadu State and Subordinate Services into 200 point roster providing reservation for the Backward Class Christians and the Backward Class Muslims at three and one-half percent each, within the thirty percent reservation available for Backward Classes. Based on the above orders, in the Government letter third cited, the rotations/turns earmarked in respect of Women, Destitute Widows, Ex-servicemen, Blind, Deaf and orthopaedically Handicapped in each category of General Turn, Scheduled- Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes (other than Backward Class Christians and Backward Class Muslims), Backward Class Christians, Backward Class Muslims and Most Backward Classes and De-notified Communities have been prescribed.
