28. Composition, powers and functions of the authorities and committees of the University.
- The authorities and the committees of the University and their composition, powers and functions and other matters relating to them, the appointment and the powers and functions of the officers of the University and other matters relating to them, and all other matters relating to the finances, administration and management of affairs of the University shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, be as specified in the Schedule.
