Section 26A in The Control and Management of Ferries Rules, 1968
26A.
The lessee shall bear all expenditure on flushing oil grease and any other lubricating oil and any other expenditure that may be required in connection with the periodical servicing of the engines and other machineries of the vessel/boats of the department placed at his disposal during the period of lease. It will not be open to the lessee to question the periodicity according to which such servicing is to be done.
