Section 25(5) in The Bihar Co-operative Societies Act, 1935
(5)In case of non-dispatch of the refusal order within ninety days, the amendment shall be deemed registered. In such cases it will be essential for the Registrar to issue the certificate of registration under his seal and signature, which will be conclusive evidence that the amendment has been duly registered.
