Section 9(1) in Tamil Nadu Occupants of Kudiyiruppu (Conferment Of Ownership) Act, 1971
(1)Where several persons claim to be interested in the amount of compensation determined, the authorised officer shall determine the persons who, in his opinion, are entitled to receive compensation and the amount payable to each of them.
