304B. Licence fee for private markets.
- When a licence granted under section 304 permits the levy of any fee or fees, of the nature specified in sub-section (2) of section 301, a fee not exceeding fifteen per cent of the gross income of the owner from the market in the preceding year shall be charged and levied by the commissioner for such licence.]
