Section 7 in The Manipur Co-operative Societies Act, 1976
7. Power to exempt societies from conditions as to registration.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the State Government may, by special order in each case, except subject to such conditions (if any) exempt any society from any of the requirements of this Act as to registration.
