Section 11(3) in The Orissa Fruit Nurseries (Regulation) Rules, 2001
(3)The Inspecting Officer may direct the licensee in writing for carrying out further Horticulture/Plant protection operations. The licensee shall carry out such direction within specified and report compliance.
