53. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. As per the Report No.5 filed by the Official Liquidator in compliance of the order dated 13.10.2023 passed by this Court in CMPAT No.2 of 2001, this Court directs to speed up the winding up proceedings and also directs the learned Assistant Registrar of DRT-1 (Now, Ld. Registrar, DRT-3) to transfer the sale proceeds along with accrued interest thereon (against sale of Alwar property) amounting to Rs.1,57,20,000/- as on 05.12.2007 to the Official Liquidator to proceed further for invitation of Page 1 of 2 // 2 // claim by publishing the notice in newspapers and adjudication of the claim thereof.
