Section 366(1) in The Naval Ceremonial, Conditions Of Service And Miscellaneous Regulations, 1964
(1)Officers who cmplete six months continuous temporary service with the Indian Navy shall be exempted from undergoing obligatory biennial training for three years thereafter, and those who complete continuous 9 months or more of such service, shall be so exempted for 4 years.
