Section 40(b) in University of Udaipur Teachers (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976
(b)Where a teacher is recalled the duty before the expiry of his leave, he shall be entitled to travelling allowances to the headquarters but will get leave salary upto the date he joins his post.
