judgment of the High Court in the above writ appeals, petitions for 2 Special Leave to Appeal Nos. 3003-3011 of 2016 were filed by the Indian Oil Corporation Limited which were disposed of in terms of the following order dated 17 April 2018:
βIt is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that the matter has been rendered infructuous.
Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners also submits that new policy has been framed. Statement is placed on record. As nothing further survive in the matters for adjudication, the special leave petitions stand disposed of.
