Section 35 in Bihar State Regulation of Cold Storages Act, 1992
35. Constitution of Tribunal.
- There shall be a Tribunal consisting of the following members, namely:-(a)The Agricultural Marketing Advisor to the Government of India-Chairman.(b)The Legal Remembrancer to the Government of 'Bihar or an officer of his department nominated by him not below the rank of Additional Legal Remembrancer Member.(c)The Secretary of the Government in the Department of Agriculture or an officer of that department nominated by him not below the rank of Joint Secretary-Member.
