Section 37(1) in The Gujarat Prevention of Fragmentation and Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1947
(1)The [State] [This word was substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government may by notification in the Official Gazette make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act.
