Section 356(b) in The M.P. Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
(b)if the Commissioner has by notice in the [manner prescribed by bye-laws] [Substituted by M.P. Act No. 13 of 1961.] during the prevalence of rabies directed that dogs shall not be at large without muzzles.
