- Copies of papers which the Government pleaders are required to take under these Rules shall be paid for by the District Officer as part of the expenses of the suit. Such expenses up to Rs. 50 in each case may be passed by the Deputy Commissioner; any sum beyond that amount should be passed by the Commissioner.
