1. By this petition, preferred under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the petitioner seeks extension of the mandate of the learned arbitral tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award till 30th April, 2021, so that the proceedings could be concluded and the award be passed.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection.
3. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. The mandate of the learned arbitral tribunal shall stand extended till 30th April, 2021.
