Section 12(3) in The Maharashtra Council of Indian Medicine (Election) Rules, 1967
(3)No elector shall give more votes than he is entitled under sub-rule (2) or vote for more candidates than there are members to be elected. If any elector gives more votes than he is entitled to or votes for more candidates than there are votes, the whole voting paper shall be rejected.
