Section 5(5) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, Electricity Ombudsman and Consumer Advocacy) Regulations, 2017
5.1Submission of Report to the Commission. - (1) The Ombudsman shall submit a report to the Commission on the category-wise number of complaints received, redressed and pending for every quarter of financial year within 15 days from the end of the preceding quarter.
