Section 1 in The Chhattisgarh Sah Chikitsa Parishad Act, 2001
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Sah Chikitsa Parishad Adhiniyam, 2001.(2)It extends to the whole of Chhattisgarh.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification appoint.
