Mr. Gaurav Pachnanda, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner points out that on 20.08.2025, cause title of Respondent in these petitions has been wrongly reflected as Joint Venture of Tata Projects Limited, whereas order dated 08.05.2025 rightly reflected the cause title of Respondent as Joint Venture of Tata Projects Limited and Aldesa Construcciones S.A. Therefore, he submits that cause title of Respondent in these petitions in order dated 20.08.2025 be corrected.
6. Learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner also points out that in order dated 20.08.2025, application being I.A. No. 20330/2025 has been wrongly recorded as application filed in O.M.P. (COMM) 178/2025, whereas the same should be application filed in O.M.P. (COMM) 177/2025. Similarly, application being I.A. No. 20331/2025 has been wrongly recorded as application filed in O.M.P. (COMM) 178/2025, whereas the same should be application filed in O.M.P. (COMM) 178/2025. Therefore, he submits that O.M.P. (COMM) 177/2025 and connected matter Page 2 of 3 This is a digitally signed order.

8. Cause title of Respondent recorded in order dated 20.08.2025 as Joint Venture of Tata Projects Limited be read as Joint Venture of Tata Projects Limited and Aldesa Construcciones S.A. Registry is directed to reflect the cause title of Respondent as Joint Venture of Tata Projects Limited and Aldesa Construcciones S.A. in all the petitions i.e., O.M.P. (COMM) 177/2025, O.M.P. (COMM) 178/2025 and O.M.P. (COMM) 176/2025 in future.
9. Order dated 20.08.2025 is modified to the extent that application being I.A. No. 20330/2025 be read as application filed in O.M.P. (COMM) 177/2025 and application being I.A. No. 20331/2025 be read as application filed in O.M.P. (COMM) 178/2025.
10. List on 18.12.2025, the date already fixed.
