Section 62(1) in The Narcotic Drugs And Psychotropic Substances Rules, 1985
(1)The [Commissioner of Customs] [Substituted by Notification No. G.S.R. 224(E), dated 25.3.2015 (w.e.f. 14.11.1985).] shall take all due measures to prevent the diversion of such consignment to a destination other than that named in the aforesaid export authorisation.
