1. Certified copy of details sheet of PF of Ponnan Suresh ID No. AP/HYD/003750 5/000/0005086. Worked in M/s Tops Security Ltd., Plot No 4B, besides lane to KFC, Vasvi Colony Room No. 4, Vikrampuri, Secunderabad 500 015.

2. If, not received provide certified copy of my PF claim status under 2 (f) of RTI 2005 by obtaining information from M/s Tops Security Ltd., Plot No. 4B, besides lane to KFC, Vasavi Colony Room No. 4 Vikrampuri, Secunderabad 500 015.

Grounds for the Second Appeal:

The CPIO has not provided the desired information.

The following were present Appellant: Absent Respondent: Mr. Ravindra Kumar CPIO through VC M: 09490222448 The CPIO stated that the appellant's RTI application dated 17/10/2014 was responded vide letter dated 10/11/2014 and the reply has been upheld by the FAA vide order dated 16/12/2014. He informed that subsequently the appellant's PF claim aggregating Rs.42855/- was settled on 08/10/2015 and his pension amount of Rs.15903/- has also been paid on 12/10/2015. The appellant is not present for canvassing his case/contesting the CPIO's submissions.

Decision notice:

From the CPIO's submissions and after review of the appellant's RTI queries and reply thereto it is apparent that the relevant information has been provided.
