1. Submissions in rebuttal on behalf of the counsel for the petitioner have been heard.
2. In rebuttal, the counsel for the petitioner has raised an additional ground alleging delay in filing of the application for sampling and consequent violation of Section 52A of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
3. Counsel for the respondent seeks time to file an additional Status Report in respect of the ground raised above. Let the same be filed within ten days.
4. List on 26th September, 2023.
5. The parties shall file written submissions not exceeding three pages before the next date of hearing.
