Section 22G(1) in The Rajasthan Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961
(1)The Chairman shall be the Chief Controlling and Supervising Officer of the Board. All other officers and employees of the Board shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, rules and bye-laws be under his control.
