This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, to expedite the proceedings in Crl.M.P.No. 4561 of 2023, filed by the petitioner under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.

2.It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that on 04.07.2022, the petitioner has preferred a complaint before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., and the same is pending without any progress.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the records, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, directing the learned Magistrate to dispose of Crl.M.P. No.4561 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible.
