Section 2(h) in Punjab General Sales Tax Rules, 1949
(h)"Form" means a form appended to these rules;(i)"Inspector" means a Taxation Inspector or a Taxation Sub Inspector;(ii)"Joint Excise and Taxation Commissioner" means the person appointed by that designation by the State Government under section 3 of the Act to assist the Commissioner;
