13. Presumption about sending notice.
- Any notice which is required to be sent by the Election Officer under these rules to any person shall be deemed to have been sufficiently sent if sent by post to the address of that person as given by him for the purpose, or as appearing on the electoral roll, or if there is no such address, to his last known place of abode.
