Section 250(1) in Andhra Pradesh Civil Rules of Practice and Circular Orders, 1980
(1)Unless it is made to appear to the Court that, from the smallness of the amount of the debt attached, or otherwise, the appointment of a Receiver to collect the same would be useless or vexatious, no debt or right to any periodical payment shall be realised by sale.
