Section 8 in Meghalaya Community Participation and Public Services Social Audit Act, 2017
8. Effective delivery and institutional mechanism.
- In order to ensure effective delivery mechanism and institutional arrangements the State Government shall;(a)notify Programme Implementation Department as Nodal Department responsible for the implementation of this Act;(b)Meghalaya Society for Social Audit and Transparency (MSSAT) shall provide secretarial assistance for the State Social Audit Council.
