Section 9(2) in Jammu and Kashmir Saffron Rules, 2018
(2)Any person, trader or Company intending to import dried saffron into the State, shall apply in Form-IIA to the Registration Authority along with a fee of rupees two thousand in the form of a Bank Draft or Treasury Receipt.
