Section 16 in The U.P. Scheduled Commodities (Regulation of Distribution) Order, 1989
16. Duty to deliver up invalid Identity Card.
- When any person is in possession of any invalid identity card from before the commencement of this order he shall deliver it up to the Food Officer at once.
