(6)All questions considered at the meetings of the Executive Council shall be decided by a majority of the votes of the members present including the Chairperson and if the votes be equally divided, [the one who Chairs] [Substituted 'the Chairperson' by Notification No. G.S.R. 507(E), dated 10.5.2016 (w.e.f. 18.6.2013).] shall have a casting vote.
