Section 43(6) in The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission Comprehensive (Conduct Of Business) Regulations, 2001
(6)A licensee wishing to, apply or give consent for revocation or part revocation of his licence under section 23(3) of the Act may make an application to the Commission. The Commission shall pass orders on such applications, after hearing the licensee and such other persons as it thinks fit. The procedure to be followed by the Commission on such application shall be as far as possible as provided in Chapter II of these Regulations.
