46. Regulation of study leave extending beyond course of study.
- When the course of study falls short of study leave sanctioned, the Government servant shall resume duty on the conclusion of the course of study, unless the previous assent of the authority competent to sanction leave to treat the period of shortfall as ordinary leave has been obtained.
