(2)The State Government may, after considering the report of the Collector, issue orders whether means of crossing should be provided or not. On receipt of orders from the State Government, the Collector shall as soon as possible communicate such order to the applicants and shall also furnish a copy of the order sanctioning the proposal to the Irrigation Officer who shall take necessary steps for providing means of crossing.Chapter-III Construction and maintenance of water-courses
