PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the
respondents 1 to 6 herein from allowing the respondents 7 to 10 from
interfering with the educational activities and administration of the
educational institutions of the second respondent and consequently,
direct the respondents 3 to 6 herein to safeguard the interest of the
members of the petitioner Association, the employees working under the
second respondent.
