Section 142(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu School Education Rules, 1986
(1)The administration and expenditure of the Pupils' Fund in all aided schools shall vest in the Head of the school, who shall be assisted and advised by a committee, to be called "Pupils' Fund Advisory Committee".
