Section 12(1) in State Mineral Exploration Trust Rules, 2015
(1)The Executive Committee may implement the projects consistent with the objectives of the Trust on its own accord or upon receipt of a project proposal from the Director of Mines and Geology or any other entity, including private sector entities.
